At Blue Vitae™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms below.

30-Day Satisfaction Policy

Products purchased directly from Blue Vitae™ may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Product must have been purchased directly from www.bluevitae.group
  • Refund request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Eligible Refunds

We may offer:

  • Refund for first-time purchases
  • Refund for unopened products
  • Partial refund in certain cases

We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of excessive returns or suspected abuse.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Orders outside the 30-day window
  • Products not purchased directly from Blue Vitae™
  • Shipping fees (unless required by law)
  • Subscription orders already processed for shipment

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in a subscription:

  • Cancellation must occur before your next billing date
  • Orders already processed cannot be canceled
  • Refunds are subject to this policy

Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Denial of future purchases
  • Collection actions if necessary
