Subscription Policy

1. Overview

Blue Vitae™ offers a 30-Day Subscription Program designed to provide uninterrupted access to your selected products.

Each product is formulated as a 90-Capsule, 30-Day Supply and is delivered automatically every 30 days unless modified or canceled.

By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to the recurring billing terms outlined below.

2. Automatic Renewal & Billing Authorization

When you select the subscription option at checkout, you:

  • Authorize Blue Vitae™ to charge your selected payment method automatically
  • Agree to recurring charges every 30 days
  • Acknowledge that your subscription will continue until canceled

Your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis at the interval selected at checkout.

Charges will appear on your billing statement as "Blue Vitae" or similar descriptor.

3. Subscription Pricing

The subscription price is displayed at checkout.

If a promotional or "Subscribe & Save" discount applies, the discounted rate will remain active while your subscription is active, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

4. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account dashboard, or
  • Contacting customer support at support@bluevitae.group

You may:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause future shipments
  • Update delivery frequency (if available)
  • Update shipping address
  • Update payment information

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellations must be completed prior to your next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge.

If a recurring charge has already been processed, the corresponding order will be fulfilled and shipped. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our Refund Policy.

No long-term commitment is required.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method is declined:

  • We may attempt to reprocess the charge
  • We may notify you to update payment details
  • Your subscription may be paused or canceled if payment cannot be processed

Blue Vitae™ is not responsible for bank fees, overdraft fees, or card issuer penalties.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility for subscription orders is governed by our posted Refund Policy.

Orders that have already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

8. Compliance with Automatic Renewal Laws

Blue Vitae™ complies with applicable U.S. automatic renewal and recurring billing laws, including:

  • Clear disclosure of recurring billing terms
  • Affirmative consent prior to enrollment
  • Simple and accessible cancellation mechanisms

California residents may cancel their subscription online at any time in accordance with California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).

9. Modifications to the Subscription Program

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the subscription program at any time.

Material changes will be communicated prior to taking effect.
